It also includes the original published literature corresponding to each name and the provincial distribution information corresponding to each accepted name. Compared to the 2023 version of the data, the 2024 version of the directory added 471 new accepted names, adjusted 68 accepted names, added 324 new synonyms, including species and subspecies units, and changes in positive synonym relationships. A total of 3364 new data and updates to the original data status were added; Based on new molecular systematics and classification revisions, the 2024 version of the data has adjusted the genus and species names of groups such as Dennstaedtiaceae, Burmanniaceae, Poaceae, Papaveraceae, Fabaceae, Malvaceae, Amaranthaceae, Gesneriaceae, Asteraceae, Apiaceae, etc; We also added 238 species and subspecies units that were missing from the previous version of the directory data.
