广西黄冕桉树人工林叶片光合特征数据集

摘要
本数据集依托广西黄冕桉树林生态系统观测研究站的综合观测塔在不同生长季节对桉树叶片光合的原位测量,构建了尾巨桉光合特征参数的季节变化数据集。该数据集包含了广西桂北区域尾巨桉叶片光合作用5个特征参数:Rubisco最大羧化率(Vcmax)、最大电子传递速率(Jmax)、暗呼吸速率(Rd)、光呼吸速率(Rp)、二氧化碳补偿点(Γ)。选取长势一致的冠层阳生叶片利用光合仪(Li6400)进行 A-Ci 曲线的测量,每种植物重复 6 次。根据光响应曲线拟合得到的饱和光强设置相应的光合有效辐射, CO2浓度梯度依次为50、100、 150、 200、 300、 400、 600、 800、 1 000、 1 200、1 600、 2 000 μmol/mol。流速 500 μmol/s,最小等待时间 60 s,最长等待时间 300 s。 利用Ethier & Livingston 模型模型进行光合特征参数拟合。测量时间是2019年1月、6月、7月、9月和11月。每次测量6个重复。广西黄冕桉树人工林叶片光合特征数据集可以为不同植物种的对比研究以及桉树林气体交换模型的参数优化提供数据支持。
Based on the in-situ measurement of Eucalyptus leaf photosynthesis in different growing seasons by the comprehensive observation tower of the Eucalyptus Forest Ecosystem Observation and Research Station in Guangxi, this paper constructs a seasonal variation data set of photosynthetic characteristic parameters of Eucalyptus urophylla × Eucalyptus grandis. This data set contains five characteristic parameters of photosynthesis of Eucalyptus leaves in northern Guangxi: Rubisco maximum carboxylation rate (Vcmax), maximum electron transfer rate (Jmax), dark respiration rate (Rd), photorespiration rate (Rp), Carbon dioxide compensation point (Γ). A photosynthetic instrument (Li6400) was used to measure the A-Ci curve of the canopy sun health leaves, and each sample tree was repeated 6 times. According to the saturation light intensity obtained by fitting the Photosynthesis-light response curve, the corresponding photosynthetically active radiation is set, and the CO2 concentration gradient is 50, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1600, 2000 μmol/mol. The flow rate is 500 μmol/s, the minimum waiting time is 60 s, and the maximum waiting time is 300 s. The photosynthetic characteristic parameters are fitted using the Ethier & Livingston model. The measurement periods are January, June, July, September and November in 2019. 6 replicates are made for each measurement. The leaf photosynthetic characteristics dataset of Eucalyptus plantation in Guangxi can provide data support for the comparative study of different plant species and the parameter optimization of the gas exchange model of Eucalyptus forest.
