青海省柴达木盐碱地植物种质资源调查数据集(2015-2020)

摘要
2015-2020年间,课题组组织科考队对对柴达木盆地盐渍土区进行实地勘察,调查盐渍土区分布状况,采集盐碱地植物标本、种质资源、土壤样品,并对采集样品进行阳离子指标和PH值测定。柴达木盆地共设置53个样地(QXA001 - QXA053),每个样地5个样方,共计265个样方,共采集植物标本556号2815份,植物种子279份,DNA材料2527份,植物图片8099张,土壤样品423份,完成了所有土壤样品的PH值、电导率、含盐量等指标的测试分析,参考国内外盐碱土分类方法,以土壤诊断学为依据,通过含盐量、碱化度和pH作为诊断盐碱土分类指标,将盐碱土分为两大类,盐土和碱土,并完成了所有样品的土壤盐化分级和碱化分级。
From 2015 to 2020, the research team organized a scientific research team to carry out a field survey of the saline soil area in the Qaidam Basin, investigate the distribution of the saline soil area, collect herbarium, germplasm resources, and soil samples from the saline alkali land, and determine the cation index and PH value of the collected samples. A total of 53 sample plots (QXA001- QXA053) were set up in the Qaidam Basin, with 5 samples in each plot and 265 samples in total. 2815 herbarium, 279 plant seeds, 2527 DNA materials, 8099 plant pictures, and 423 soil samples were collected. All soil samples were tested and analyzed for PH value, conductivity, salt content, and other indicators. With reference to domestic and foreign classification methods of saline alkali soil, based on soil diagnostics Saline alkali soil is divided into two categories, saline soil and alkaline soil, and soil salinization classification and alkalization classification of all samples are completed.
